Appropriate Relationships with Business Partners

We aim to promote fair and transparent transactions throughout the supply chain and grow together with our business partners as partners.
All relevant parties are requested to promote co-existence and co-prosperity throughout the supply chain, comply with laws and regulations related to fair trade in each country and region, and thoroughly build appropriate business relationships.

1. Basic policy

• Promote co-existence and co-prosperity of the entire supply chain and practice fair and transparent transactions.
• Build sustainable relationships with business partners, recognizing them as partners.
• Comply with laws and regulations related to fair trade in each country and region.

2. Compliance Rules and Prohibited Acts

• Prohibition of action words and actions from a dominant position: No actions or actions that take advantage of the size of the company or the position as a buyer are prohibited.
• Clarification of order placement authority: Prohibition of acts in which a person in charge who does not have the order placement authority determines prices, delivery dates, etc. for a business partner. Definitive answers on prices, delivery dates, etc. must be provided through the person in charge who has the authority to place orders.

3. System for reporting problems

• Regardless of whether or not discussions have been held, if a problem arises in communication with a business partner, it shall be promptly reported to the procurement department via the superior.
